Studying with iB3-Bloss-i-CA77 Artz since 2015-

Has made me focus on my fitness- training in martial arts fitness and also being asked to run small fitness sessions in the community. 

Has had me develop my musical artistry, producing over 150 pieces of music in genres from meditation to hip-hop in production and allowed me  to develop my performance, performing in London, Essex, Birmingham, Northampton, Israel, France, Holland and Germany.  Being called 'the essex-guitarman' and 'the next Ed-Sheeran' by the public in open streets performances.

'recent geometric art'

I have studied and applied vegan sport nutrition, researching medical papers studying the biological effects of fasting, training, meditation and vegan super-foods. I'm particular the effects of oxytocin and what constitutes a healthy hormonal balance. This has also been applied to making vegan desserts which were sold at local community schools as a healthy alternative to the children with a sweet tooth. Advice has also been given to those looking to make the change to organism and improve their quality of life.

In arts I have developed me geometric designs and created my own method of creating geometric 'vj' videos for performances and stimulation in meditation.

Holistic therapies-

This includes the knowledge and use of aromatherapy for air purification and meditative effect. The study and application of different herbal essential oils. Reflexology and massage is also included. Application for rest, relaxation and healing.
